Working with a couple that has a vision is amazing. When we first me Lauren and Evan it was pretty clear they were putting a lot of thought into the planning of their wedding. We sat down and talked about how they met and what they were looking to get out of their wedding film. Lauren had some pretty specific ideas about what was important to her, which helped us shape their film into a more personalized and meaningful story. Here's some of what Lauren had to say a few weeks before the wedding:
"I would like to read my letter to Evan and have him read his letter to me before delivering (so the voice will be the writer). With a catholic wedding, this is the closest thing to personal vows we will have, so I will make sure we set aside and do this when you arrive."
We knew that the letters were a huge part of the wedding for Lauren and Evan so we decided to make that the focus of Lauren + Evan's Teaser. Having the narrative from Lauren really brought the edit together. She's reflective and confident while she's reading, and it sets the stage perfectly for what was an amazing wedding day:
