We love CATS!!

Everyone here at BGP is pretty much a cat person. We all have at least one cat (Natalie would like to have at least a dozen) and all of us really enjoy the company of our feline friends. Last Fall we were able to attend the annual fundraiser for Cat Haven, a no-kill shelter based in Baton Rouge. In the past few years Cat Haven has found awesome homes for over 5,000 cats in the Baton Rouge area, and they continue to hold adoption events in Baton Rouge every Saturday.

This year's gala, titled "Fishing for Felines" will be held on September 28, 2012 at The Lake House in Baton Rouge. The event is a great way to support Cat Haven and all the work they do on the behalf of our less fortunate feline friends. We had a great time last year at the gala and hope to see you there this year!

If you can't make it to the gala please pay Cat Haven a visit at 11130 N. Harrel's Ferry Rd. in Baton Rouge. They are open 6 days a week and you can always stop by and check out all the great work they are doing on behalf of the cats in Baton Rouge.
